Heat trace | Constant power heating cable | Longline HTS3FM

SKU: HTS3FM Categories: , Tags: ,

Product description

The Longline HTS3FM is a high‑performance series‑resistance, three‑phase constant‑power heating cable engineered for freeze protection and process temperature maintenance on long pipelines. Designed for industrial environments, it supports pipeline lengths of up to 2 km, significantly reducing the number of required power supply points and lowering overall installation and distribution costs.

Its flat‑foil heating construction provides a large heated surface area, resulting in lower operating temperatures compared to round‑conductor alternatives. This enhances system safety, extends service life, and enables power outputs up to 50 W/m. The HTS3FM cable connects directly to three‑phase mains voltage or via a step‑up transformer, making it suitable for both safe and hazardous areas.

Built for demanding applications such as crude oil, fuel oil, and chemical transfer lines, the Longline HTS3FM delivers reliable, uniform heat across long distances with exceptional efficiency.

Product application

Longline (HTS3FM) is available in 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 W/m outputs:

  • Long pipelines Ideal for above‑ground or buried pipelines requiring consistent temperature maintenance over extended distances.
  • Buried transfer lines Ensures stable temperatures in underground crude oil or fuel oil systems.
  • Three‑phase heating systems Designed for industrial facilities using 3‑phase power distribution.
  • Freeze protection Prevents product solidification in cold climates.
  • Process temperature maintenance Maintains required temperatures for viscous fluids during transport.
  • Hazardous area installations Suitable for classified zones requiring certified heating solutions.
