Over-the-side immersion heater

Backer HTS over-the-side immersion heaters made in acid proof 304 stainless steel. As used in Chemical baths, de-acidification baths, degreasing baths and tanks for hydraulic oil. Differing from standard immersion elements, they are placed in the tank from the top of the enclosure and can be relatively easily removed if required, without draining the tank. This requires a cold zone so the heating area remains below the minimum fill line, so may not be suitable for where the tank is drained in usual operation. We carry a range of common sizes and wattage in stock, but we are able to customise based on the heating requirement.
