Benefits

The submersible oil heater from Backer is intended for pre heating of hydraulic oil before start up to minimize wear of the system. The preheating also reduces traces of water in the tank. Easy to use in existing oil tanks, there is no need for permanent installation. The oil heater is fastened in the bottom of e.g. the oil tank with integrated magnets. If the heater is to be lifted in and out of the tank regularly, we recommend the accessory kit with a lifting wire to minimize the risk of damaging the connection cable. The heater comes in six standard versions, but if desired it can be produced according to other specifications. More benefits:

  • Integrated temperature regulation
  • High voltage tolerance
  • No permanent installation
  • The whole heater can be under the fluid

Fields of application

  • Gearboxes
  • Hydraulic systems
